Corflute Sign Instructions & Uses
Corflute is a practical choice for temporary and semi-permanent workplace signage. Use it on construction fencing, site barriers, warehouse walls, gates and other suitable flat surfaces.
- Position the sign on a clean, dry, flat surface.
- Use cable ties, screws with suitable washers or compatible sign fixings for secure mounting.
- Keep fixings away from the printed message and avoid crushing the fluted board.
- Do not fold, sharply bend or place the board where moving equipment can catch the edges.
- Inspect signs regularly and replace them if the board, print or fixing points become damaged.
Magnetic Sign Instructions & Uses
Magnetic signage is ideal when a warning needs to be moved, removed or repositioned. It suits clean ferrous-metal surfaces such as compatible machinery, forklifts, warehouse racking and commercial vehicles.
- Apply only to a clean, dry, smooth ferrous-metal surface.
- Press the full magnetic face flat against the surface, removing trapped air and folds.
- Check the edges after application and reposition the sign if it lifts or curls.
- Remove and clean behind the magnet regularly, especially on vehicles and equipment used outdoors.
- Magnetic material will not adhere to aluminium, plastic, timber, glass or other non-magnetic surfaces.
- Remove magnetic signs before vehicle washing, polishing or high-pressure cleaning.
