Shipping Policy

At Stick-Dat, we manufacture and dispatch from our workshop in Cornubia, Brisbane. Shipping methods, timeframes, and costs vary depending on the type of product you've ordered. Please read the relevant section below carefully before placing your order.

Stickers & Vinyl Decals

Dispatch Timeframe

All sticker and vinyl decal orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment being received. If there is any unexpected delay, we will contact you via the details provided at checkout.

Shipping Method

Sticker orders are shipped via Australia Post or a comparable courier service, depending on size and weight. Tracking is provided where available and will be sent to your email once dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post and courier network conditions:

  • Brisbane Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Queensland Regional: 3–7 business days
  • Interstate (VIC, NSW, SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT): 3–10 business days

Stick-Dat is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched.

PO Boxes

We can ship sticker orders to PO Boxes via Australia Post where the parcel size permits.

Signage & Fabricated Products

Signage and fabricated items — including A-Frame signs, corflute signs, ACP panels, metal-backed signs, and other custom-built products — are large, heavy, or fragile items that cannot be shipped via standard Australia Post. Freight for these products is calculated individually based on your delivery location.

How Freight Is Calculated

Freight costs for signage and fabrication orders are determined by:

  • The size and weight of the finished product
  • Your delivery postcode and region
  • The courier or freight provider available for your area

A freight quote will be provided to you before or at the time of ordering. If you have placed an order without a confirmed freight quote, we will contact you to confirm costs prior to dispatch. No additional charges will be applied without your approval.

No PO Boxes for Signage

Signage and fabricated products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required.

Local Delivery — SEQ (Orders Over $500)

For signage and fabrication orders valued at $500 or more, we offer local delivery across the following South East Queensland areas:

  • Brisbane
  • Logan
  • Gold Coast
  • Redland Bay

Local delivery is arranged directly with you after your order is placed and production is complete. Delivery timing will be confirmed via phone or email. This service is available for qualifying orders — please contact us if you're unsure whether your order is eligible.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom text stickers, custom-designed decals, and any made-to-order products are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. These items are dispatched within 1–3 business days depending on production requirements. You will be notified if your order requires additional production time.

Shipping Costs & Change of Mind

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you change your mind about a purchase, the original shipping cost paid at checkout will not be refunded under any circumstances. This applies to all product types including stickers, signage, and custom orders.

If you are returning an item that is eligible for a refund (see our Refund Policy), the cost of return shipping is also your responsibility and will not be covered by Stick-Dat unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation

Stick-Dat reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Stick-Dat, a full refund of the order value will be issued to your original payment method.
