How to Order

Use the Custom Cage Size, Weight & Spec Builder above the Add to Cart button to configure your cage:

1. Select Your Cage Style: Choose from Bent Mesh Only, Standard DuraGal Angle Frame, or Heavy-Duty Industrial Frame.
2. Enter Your Dimensions (W × H × D in mm): The calculator automatically works out your cubic volume (m³), estimates the weight, and selects the matching Size tier for you.
3. Select Your Build Specifications: Choose your mesh coverage, mounting bracket position, and hinged door/lid access direction.

3 Cage Styles Available

All styles feature fully welded corners treated with a protective zinc paint coat:

• 1. Bent Mesh Only (3mm 50×50mm Mesh – No Frame / No Door):
  Fabricated from folded 50 × 50 × 3 mm welded mesh with welded corners and a zinc paint coat. Covers 5 sides with an open bottom or back. Does not include an angle frame or hinged lid/door (designed as a fixed bolt-down / lift-off enclosure).

• 2. Standard Frame (25×25×2.5mm DuraGal Angle + 3mm 50×50mm Mesh):
  Fabricated with a 25 × 25 × 2.5 mm DuraGal angle steel frame and 50 × 50 × 3 mm welded mesh, welded corners and zinc paint finish. Includes 1 hinged lockable door/lid and 5 sides covered (including the lid/door), leaving either the back or bottom open depending on your selection.

• 3. Heavy Duty Frame (50×50×5mm Steel Angle + 5mm 50×50mm Mesh):
  Fabricated from 50 × 50 × 5 mm heavy-duty steel angle paired with 50 × 50 × 5 mm heavy-duty welded mesh, fully welded corners and zinc paint finish. Includes 1 hinged lockable door/lid and 5 sides covered (including the lid/door), leaving either the back or bottom open depending on your selection.

Small Cage (≈ 0.04m³ class / standard plumber cage volume)

• Suits meters, RPZD, valves, small pumps
• Same cube class as existing standard cage

Medium Cage (≈ 0.06m³ to 0.10m³ class)

• Larger pipework, pumps, manifolds

Large / Commercial Cage (Up to 0.30m³ class)

• Commercial or industrial equipment
